Our exchange policy last seven business days after the delivery date (excluding weekends and national holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the items back at our HQ and the items are in good condition. For a return/exchange, email our customer service department.
Orders Are packaged and shipped Monday- Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays do not begin processing until the next business day.
If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our HQ and we will send the correct item out. Please be prepared to send a picture of the items you received for our records
Once packages has left our HQ in the hands of USPS we have no control over the package. In most cases, USPS will mark the package as deliver before it has actually been delivered and customers receive it later in the day or the next business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not attempting to be redelivered by USPS. Humble 1 Clothing is not responsible for, lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages.
